Office Space available for rent at the new Pangaea building. We are giving the entire building (3600 SQM), a floor (1800 SQM) or a wing (900SQM).
The charges for the entire building is $60,000 exclusive VAT, for an entire floor will be $30,000 and for a wing it will be $15,000 the rates are slightly negotiable depending on the requirement of the tenant.
We will provide the following amenities:
-Designated parking.
-Water.
-24hrs security of the premises.
-Maintenance.
-All premises covered with state-of-the-art CCTV cameras inside & outside buildings.
-Ramps in all the entrances for the disabled.
-Two Easy access points, one from Great East Road & other from Thabo Mbeki Road.
-ZESCO and diesel for genset will be paid by tenant.
Other details:
-All aircons function independently with their own switches incase of partition.
-Exclusive access can be provided for tenant renting a wing.
-Access through Pangaea Office Park is given to tenants that need to access Great East Road.
-Access through showgrounds is granted to tenants through provision of car sticker
